We serve a wide range of battery enclosure customers who manufacture various types of lead-acid batteries, including OPzV, OPzS, car batteries, and traction batteries for electric vehicles.
Many purchasers, especially those from traction battery plants who are ordering for the first time, often ask us a very important question: “Are your battery tanks made from a single mold? Do they have any visible joints or seams?”
The answer is clear: No.
Our battery containers are molded as one complete unit. There are no welded joints, and no weak points that could cause leakage over time.
To help you better understand our manufacturing quality, we have released a short video showing all four sides of our EV battery container. In this video, you can clearly see that our polypropylene (PP) battery container is formed as a single, seamless piece.
Because the battery box is a unified structure — not two separate parts welded together — there is simply no risk of leaking. This design ensures:
- Higher durability under heavy use
- Better resistance to vibration and impact
