Packing Enhancement for OPzS Battery Container To Meet Save Cost Goal

One of our valuable customers share feedback regarding the handling and transportation of our OPzS Babttery Containers. We understand their request to insert the OPzS 200AH (Small Volume) unit inside an OPzS 1000AH battery tanks as a way to optimize costs.

At the same time, we take seriously your concern about possible friction between the two containers, which could affect the smooth surface clairity, scratch the surface and overall presentation of the battery cases.

To address this, we have introduced an improved packaging method:each OPzS 200 battery box will be securely wrapped in high-density protective foam before placement into the OPzS 1000ah battery jar. This foam layer serves as a cushioning barrier, elimination direct contact and greatly reducing the risk of abrasion during handling, storage and transit.

We have carried out internal assessments to confirm that this configuration maintains both product integrity and visual quanlity. the solution aligns with your cost-efficiency goals while upholding our commitment to delivering products in excellent condition.

We are confident that every shipment will meet our rigorous quality standards and arrive ready for immediate use. we value your partnership and remain dedicated to providing solutions that balance performance, protection and cost effectiveness.

Why Not Same Colors in Thread of Battery Terminal Block

The different colors you see in the thread of the terminal block cross-section are due to the different materials used in the screw connection system.

  1. The screw itself (metallic gray/golden center) This is the actual screw, typically made of steel (often with a zinc or nikel plating, which can appear silver, or brass/brone for better conductivity/corrosion resistance, whcih can appear golden)
  2. The light yellow/cream-colored layer around the screw
  3. The silver-gray mass on the left: This is the multi-strand copper or aluminum conductor wire that the terminal block is designed to clamp. it appears gray/siliver because of the many individual strands which are cut and compressed together in the cross-section.

We Inspect Our Battery Containers with X-ray to Keep High Quality

At our factory, quality isn’t just a promise-it’s a process verified by the most advance technology. we are proud to utilize high-resolution X-ray inspection systems to meticulously examine battery container we produce. This critical step allows us to peer inside the structure of the battery cover, specifically within its inernal ribs, to detect any microscopic voids or bubbles that could compromise long-term integrity.

Why is this so vital? In large-format, heavy-duty applications—such as industrial Lead Acid Battery systems, OPZS Battery Tank installations, or robust 12V Battery banks—any internal flaw can be a potential weak point. A bubble trapped within a rib can lead to reduced structural strength, potential acid leakage, or premature failure under operational stress, even pierce through, short circuit then battery explosion. By identifying and eliminating containers with such defects, we ensure that every product leaving our facility delivers unmatched durability and reliability.

OPzS Battery Container 2V 4000ah-the Biggest Battery

Now we are manufacturing battery storage box OPzS 2V4000ah battery container which is the biggest  battery tanks in the word by now.

It is too hard to make if for too bigger and transparent, you know for any tiny defect such as black dot,  flash, burr, snake marks, distortion, gloss and color then the whole bigger battery container will be unqualified.
