For two connect ways, which one is the better for lead acid batteries?

For small battery factory, they like epoxy resin sealed way. They intend to process cost: Sealing cases and cover only need not enough area and buy some barrels of epoxy resin (red and blue color) can finish battery assemble.
Medium or bigger firm, they focus on good quality and well battery performance then they buy heating machines to finish procedure and need to pay more about 10000RMB, Of course they can earn more.
Of course, every company intend to different seal way, maybe other reason (you please point out) but need to buy different battery container with corresponding lid.
