l  Materials Management : 1. Supplier is if in qualified supplier list; 2. Material test standard and methods; 3. IQC is if professional and have work licence;

lI Processing Management: 1. Process sheet and inspection card is on site or not?  2. Working instruction is on the injection machine or not?  3. Inspection tool with verification certificate or not? With label or not?

lII  Finished Products Management: 1. storage battery container area is reasonable division or not? Label clear or not? 2. check battery box warehouse temperature, humidity, light and ventilate etc;  3. finished test item and data is real or not? 4. Finished Product test standard
