bFor 6-GFMHR-700W battery enclosure, the other supplier make it for Fengri with a lot matter there are puncture in cross ribs for many battery cases then Fengri contact us for this breakdown inside battery containers.
You know the color of battery tanks is gray and not transparen, the punctures can’t be shown by our eyes, even sawing or splite the battery boxes.
Some days later, our workmate whose father in hospital suggest that we can give cross ribs an X RAY, then the X ray pictures as follows:
To inspect in X Ray machine, the crossing ribs should be seperately from the battery container, the following shap as for your reference if so the X Ray can scan the cruciate tendon then give you there are air bubble or not inside the battery boxes.

The correct shap in X Ray machine operated by Doctor in Hospital then can get the result. The X Ray machine is too expensive for battery storage box factory, then when doing this type of battery cases, X Ray inspection need to do in hospital.
From this issure on, Fengri will inspect cross ribs for 12v battery plastic boxes by X ray in Hospital，and adding this to the Incoming Inspection and more order and more item come together from Fengri. There will be more solving methods if encountering the any problem.
